What is included in the Price

For short stay only, cleaning of apartment and replacement of bed sheets and towels: twice a week.
Water.
Internet connection.

What is not included in the Price

Electricity is charged at 6 Baht per unit (kW).
For long term stay (one year contract) the cleaning of the room and replacement of towels and bed sheets are not included. You can benefit from the same service as short term stay at 600 Baht per week.
Personal laundry.
Breakfast.

Availability

During the peak season, from 15 December to 15 January, we do not accept booking of less than three weeks.

We recommend you to book your stay a soon as you know your flight details or period of residence, this will secure your stay in our residence.

Verify the vacancy of the apartment by clicking the buttons. Green boxes means that the apartment is not reserved at this period while red boxes means that it is already reserved.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

When booking, no deposit is required, we will only ask you to confirm your arrival two weeks before by email. If we do not receive confirmation the booking will be automatically cancelled.

For short term stay, the payment is done week by week at the start of each week. For long term stay a deposit of one month is required. Deposit will be refund when leaving.

The copy of passport is required by the Pattaya immigration office.

Privacy

Your personal details are only used to process your booking. None of your personal details will be communicated to a 3^rd party.
